How long will my order take?
We reserve up to 5 business days to build your product before shipping, though there will be times when we are able to build your product sooner.
I bought multiple products, why aren't my other items shipping?
Once we ship your desktop, we will ship the other products in your order. Please expect to receive these packages seperately.
Is there a way to get my products faster?
We currently do not offer express shipping for build to order products.
How long do I have to cancel my order?
You have until we ship your order to cancel. After that point, product will have to be treated as a return.
